MAST INSULATION

To eliminate the wires from banging inside the mast, I first had to cut-off the coax connector at the top of the mast and lash some pull string to the coax:

After removing the anchor/spot light, I lashed some pull string to the electrical wires:

After pulling out both antenna and electrical wire, I installed 1/2" x 3' hot water pipe foam over the entire length and added 3 71/2" tie-wraps every 2 feet.  The 3 tie-wraps create a triangle shape along the entire length keeping the foam dead center in the mast:
