Barefoot landing was to be an hour stop.  However, when we got off the boat to walk
around, we were amazed of what this little tourist town had to offer.  We decided to
stay for 2 days at the free municipal dockage.  Besides provisioning at the local
super Walmart 2 miles away, there was much in the way of entertainment.  Within
minutes of walking distance from the dock, The Alabama Theatre, pictured above
and The House of Blues had great entertainment.  Unfortunately, the entrance fee
was too costly for our traveling budget so  we decided to see a movie at the cinema
a bus ride away.
