Hosted by the Rose Buddies, the wine and cheese party provides the newly arrived
boaters information of the Elizabeth City and "how to get free water".

It also gives the boaters a chance to meet one another and exchange boat cards.

* There is a donation box set on the table which allows the Rose Buddies to continue
the long tradition so all boaters are encouraged to lend their support.
